Improve Listening and Reading

In today's class, I did some listening questions. It was so hard, because the speakers speak so fast.

But I need to understand what they say, for IELTS and daily life.

Afternoon, I did reading as well.  It was also difficult, so made me struggle...

After class, I studied in the library for an hour, and went to gym.
